I am a disciple of Jesus Christ given the privledge of being a husband, a dad, a elder, a drummer, a friend, a brother, a son. I struggle with weight because I love to eat! Once I reached 300 lbs and my knees & back hurt all the time from carrying all that weight, I knew it was time to get a hold of things and start to take better care of my body.
