Diets?
I've tried just about every diet out there. This time around, I have set a per day calorie range (1500-1800) and I am simply eat healthy, mostly cleaning eating, avoiding processed foods, and watching calories, fat, sodium and sugar, and I'm tracking literally everything. If I taste it, I track it. To be honest, I've stuck with this longer than any other diet ever. It's more of a lifestyle change than a diet, because if I have a special meal or occasion, I haven't "cheated" on a diet. Since I started, 3 month ago, I haven't gone over 2400, even for those special occasions, and have only had a handful of "over 2000" days. It is really working, I feel great, and I'm down 3 sizes in jeans.
