hi i'm a single mam to 4 boys, been on and off diets for over 4 years, for different reason, mainly because i can never find the support i need, so i'm hopeing this site will help me, i need to lose 15 kg by June, as i,m going out for a 40th birthday party, first time i been out in a while so would like to look my best :)
