Started this program today, March 10, 2011. Starting weight is 181.5. My goal weight is 145 lbs. But most of all, my goal is to rid my thighs of the appearance of alot of cellulite. I have trained and ran a marathon, but my thighs do not look like I have exercised a day in my life. I will exercise hard and lose weight and hopefully between the two, my thighs will tighten up.
