Im madison, ive always struggled with my weight, ive always gone up and down, but certain factors like college food and depression caused me to gain weight. I was 170 lbs at my biggest.I decided to go on the atkins diet and lost about 40-43 lbs. Its becoming increasingly more difficult to lose weight but I am determined. I hope to reach my goal of 105 lbs by the end of this year.

I agree with mummydee.dalia idk what your age and what your height is but I think 105 lbs is fine. I dont think your goal weight should be 88 lbs unless you are like 10 years old and like 4 feet tall. I really hope thats not the case since people that young shouldnt be on a diet in the first place. Idk if this is the case but dont let other people make you think you're fat. You are fine the way you are. But I do understand the feeling of needing to be skinnier. Ive had eating disorders off and on in the past, and it makes me extremely sad to see others possibly going through what I did. I dont think losing more and more weight is going to make you feel any better. You're probably going to have to talk to someone about this.

LOw carb snacks
Sugar free jello usually has no carbs or close to it. Pork rinds have no carbs in them. Most lunch meats have close to none. Bacon made in the microwave or oven. Pickles and banana peppers, or really any kind of peppers for that matter. The pickles cant be sweet though. Cheese in moderation. Parmesan cheese is best in my opinion. Eggs are good too. Its about one carb per egg. There are some atkins meals out there, but I wouldn't rely on them too much though. Salads are of course good sometimes. I suggest italian dressing. Or salads without dressing at all, thats what I do. Chicken is good as long as it isn't fried of course.

Wait ive never read the book about atkins. What are these sticks you guys are talking about to test for ketosis?
