Exercise for those who HATE exercise
If a Wii is affordable, Wii Fit Plus and Walk It Out make exercise more fun for me. It may be worth a try.

Hi Emmom, Welcome to FS. I'm 49 and have been able to lose weight pretty easily. With all the encouragement that I've received here, I've even been exercising daily and enjoying it. I'm rooting for you to have the same results.

Hi Vivian, Welcome to FS. I love this way of eating and hope you do also. Once you get used to eating this way, you should find it easy and enjoyable. And it's great to see you incorporating the exercise into your weight loss plan. Good luck.

Can and should I be exercising every day?
Thank you all very much for your imput. I'm glad that I won't need to take any days off. Exercise gives me such an excellent feeling that I don't want to go without. I will definitely pay attention to the resistance part of my program though to rest the different muscle groups. You guys are the best!
