Thoughts on Greek Yogurt
personally i think that's way too much sugar.. i usually get the plain yogurt and add raspberries and frozen blueberries and 2 packets of splenda..its amazing! Smile

seriously so confused!! please help..
soo calorie counting is so new to me and i'm so confused!Confused haha.. i used to do weight watchers and realized i was eating too little (like 1000 cals a day).. it's so hard for me to eat more cuz i feel like im gonna gain weight Sad

so i'm trying to figure out the math and i don't really know how many cals i should be eating because i get all different answers (1200, 1300, 1400??)..

i'm 5'1, female, 19 years old, 118 pounds
i exercise for about 40 minutes 5-6 days a week
(20 minutes of pretty intense cardio)

right now i'm eating between 1300-1500 a day, but i'm confused about the calorie deficit Sad i'm really trying to lose 1-2 pounds a week asap. can someone help?!??! i've been trying to lose like 6 pounds FOREVER!!!!

thanks Smile

weight watchers=undereating?
wow i can't even believe it.. i think i know why i hit a plateau.. undereating??

i totaled up the calories i was getting on a normal day with weight watchers.. it was anywhere from 850-950. along with 30 minutes of intense exercise a day.. i was losing no weight.

i think calorie counting is the new answer Smile

anyone else switch from weight watchers to calorie counting?!
