Live and work in the Dallas, Texas area. Recently lost 35 pounds on Medi Weightloss program. The one that works. Have been transitioning to maintenance program for the last month and doing great.
Enjoy going to the gym again and putting in about 3-4 hours per week on circuit weight training.
Started doing Tai Chi again. Good addition to weekly exercise routine. Latest challenge is giving up coffee, started a week ago. Very hard, one of my last vices!
Lost another 5 pounds, yeah now holding at 163- 165. Trying to find time to get back to gym and considering getting a personal trainer for a couple months to jump start the workouts.
