Well, let's see. I am a 6'1" 34 year old guy who spends much of his working day either sitting at a computer or traveling Michigan visiting various clients. Since last August, the stress level has greatly increased and I certainly slowed down on the exercise and increased the poor eating habits. It was certainly time for a change. After all, you never know...I may have to start driving race horses as a second job.

Exercise... how much is enough?

For me, when is started exercising I too hated it. I did it because I had to in order to see the results I wanted. After a little while of the hate turned to love. I enjoy the gym now. I feel accomplished. I get take the time to let the day go and just think about things in my own head. I usually do 40-60 minutes running on the treadmill, then 30-40 minutes of weights, and finish with another 20-30 minutes on the treadmill. It works for me and I enjoy the quiet time being able to escape everything. I think you will start to enjoy exercise the more you see results from it.

Where are the dudes?
I was wondering the same thing. It does seem like there are mostly women here. At any rate, I've been pretty quiet on my weight loss, but I decided today I will be silent no more! hahaha! Best of luck on your healthy journey...and there are people out here to help with support.
