I am a student who is interested in learning more about nutrition and might even study to become a nutritionist, but I am not sure so, I am taking a general human nutrition course this fall to see if it is really for me or not. I have weighed around 140lbs for as long as I can remember. I am 5'8" so, 140lbs is not too shabby BUT I know in my heart of hearts that I could be slimmer in some areas (*cough* thighs!) and that is what I am working on now. I want to be the best version of myself all the time because not only will that mean I can fit into my clothes forever it also means that I will be healthier and therefore happier. Seems simple enough! This site really helps me keep track of ALL of my food choices, almost holding me responsible as opposed to my 'out of site, out of memory' snacking routine.
