I LOVE food - hate dieting, but have FINALLY come to terms with the fact that I need to watch what I eat for the rest of my life! I believe in enjoying good food always, splurging on occassion and exercising like an animal whenever possible (hate that too, but love the results). Really like WW program because it is a lifetime lifestyle - and has taught me to look at the big picture always, and be kind to myself during the bumpy road times and celebrate all achievements (even if it's just walking away after one slice of NY pizza!!)
