Having a very difficult time keeping motivated.....was going to gym regularly but ended up working 9 days in a row 12, 15 & 18 hr shifts & didn't have time at all....I know typical excuse. Well, I had to freeze my gym acct due to financial situation temporarily so now relying on myself to keep the workout going. It is hard, wish I had a workout buddy to go with / kick me in the rear. I WILL succeed at this weight loss journey....I have a goal set for May this year to drop as much as I possibly can, so now bring it on!!! Kick me in the rear!!
