Hi.

I am 18 years old, and I am about to start college. I am trying (successfully, I think) to get over an eating disorder. But I also do not want to pack on the pounds. That's why I'm trying Intuitive Eating. It makes sense, I just need to see if it works. I am passionate about dance, but no, that is not where the eating disorder stemmed from. And I have a slightly OCD personality, so I need something that will not trigger obsessions. I.E. seems like the only alternative to gaining weight or falling back into anorexia, so I think I'll give it an honest chance!

How to make your own diet??????
Can anyone tell me how to create my own diet? And not like "didjakno's own diet". I mean like a diet that I set the rules for and people can pick.

Thank you

What is intuitive eating? Does anybody have any websites for more information? Or maybe someone knows alot about it and can explain how it works?

best be is to do a google or ask.com search for "intuitive eating". There actually is a website I think, www.intuitiveeating.com. But definitely try a search.

Intuitive Eating
That's great! I hope it works for you. I'm going to actually give it a fighting chance this year. I would previously try it for a few days and feel out of control (even though I wasn't) and try and diet, and then truly lose control. It would be great if the I.E. idea could overcome the dieting culture. But maybe that's wishful thinking. Smile Good luck!

Weight-Losing Games
Are there any games to play (either in your head, like perspective changes, or really a game) to motivate weight loss, make it easier, get past obstacles, etc. In essence, make it more fun. I am defining "games" loosely. What are yall's ideas?

What Music ~Do you guys listen to when exercising?
The oldies. They're so upbeat and happy, it makes everything seem more fun and go faster.
