I split from a serious relationship in 2011 and found solace in working out. The pounds were just falling off and I was less than 10lbs from my ideal weight. Then I injured my knee one day and, without medical treatment, can't do my favorite activities anymore. I gained back all my previous weight and then some. Now, I'm in a new place in my life and am using that positive energy to get back on track. Taking it one day at a time, I pick up my bike and just go. It's low impact, so I can do this without further stress on my knee. Very much looking forward to shedding the weight once and for all!
