I am a 26 years old, medical students. Ever since I was a kid I loved eating but some how managed to stay skinny enough not to be called fat or chobby.
In the past 3 years I started to gain weight and went from 180 to 220 and gained another 15 lbs in 2 month to the total of 235. I have read and understand why being over weight can be bad for my body and for people around me so I want to turn it around before I become 30.
my goal is to go back to 180 by September of 2011, maintain my visits to the gym until and stay under 185 until I turn 30.
I found this site thanks to their android app which helps me to track my food on the go using my phone which is great. :)
