I'm 19 years old, turning 20 this summer. I am a total health freak, and I'm basically a diet queen. I've done all this stuff before, and I know a lot of weight-loss secrets that really work (for me, anyway. everyone's different). I originally lost 50 pounds. I dropped from 180 to 130 in 3 months. now I've fallen victim to depression, and I've been eating nothing but sugar and junkfood. in one month, I shot back up to 155. IT HAS TO GO. so I'm back on a diet now, and using this site for recipes lolol. I could really use some people to talk to, it always helps when you have support, in anything you do. right now, I'm trying to break my sugar addiction and get back into my routine of working out everyday like I used to. so if anyone has any good ideas for me, or workouts I could try, I'd love you foreverrrrr
