its 530 ish am... got up @ 4 again for some odd reason.. its snowing out... wish i had more time off bc i wasnt feeling well and had soooo many plan for this break.. oh well.. first day of diet i would say was a sucess... hope today goes just as well.. have to teach myself chem today.. have been putting it off bc my head has been in a cloud... cant wait to get back to earth!! hate this feeling... so it offical i changed my diet to weight watchers now i just cant give up!!! bc thats what happens! going to study chem... ugh!

sooooo I joined weight watchers AGAIN today... pretty excitied.. did a lot of reading today... can you believe i'm not hungry and i havent even ate 1/2 of my points.. wth?? hope it doesnt hurt me in the long run bc they said you have to use all your points everyday... and when i work i'm so hungry... maybe its the stress... maybe.. who knows what it is i'll figure it out though.. still feel foggy in the head but tried a sinus wash neti pot today.. pretty crazy! it actually worked...

I have been so sick for what feels like forever!... i wish i could just feel normal! so sick of being sick! i havent been following a diet or exercising.. i'm thinking about joining ww AGAIN!!!!!! yes again.... my plan was to wake up early tomorrow morning go to a meeting then go to the gym... yeah soooo... dont know about this one.. I'm so tired of being fat... not going out tonight either bc I dont want to be seen and i dont feel good dont want to catch someones germs on top of my not feeling well.. ugh!!!! I've never been this sick for this long... wtf?? first the stomach virus then broncitis... its been over a month.. hoping to turn it around!! just gonna take it easy today/tonight then tomorrow will be a new day ....
