Day 15 of Power 90. Not really losing much weight, but not really following a diet until yesterday. Also, started with dumbbells, which makes a HUGE difference in workout intensity. The bands just weren't doing much for me.
Despite that, my 14 day pics are pretty impressive from day 4 (didn't take day 1 pics for some reason) with much more definition and I look thinner, even if the scale doesn't say so.
I'm excited to see what results I get in the next 2 weeks with the dumbbells and continued workouts, in conjunction with the diet - aiming for about -1200 to -1600 kcals/day (compared to RDI) for diet intake with 40/40/20 (prot/carb/fat) breakdown. Still working on how to get the fat that far down, given my usual diet. Mostly just portion control right now, but might need to start changing foods around.
