Atkins is going great! I've lost 7 pounds since I started a few weeks ago, but more importantly, I've lost SO MANY INCHES. My clothes are fitting much better, I feel healthier, and I'm NEVER hungry.
I get to eat amazing, fresh, tasty foods, lots of vegetables, and yummy treats as well.
Atkins is awesome.
