Branch Manager meeting this morning and then pizza lunch and bowling. Not real excited for pizza. Left early and went to gym. Burned 650 calories and met up with stair climber. Back in my last fitness days I could climb that beast at intervals speed of 5, 6, and 8. Today - I did 15 minutes at level 1 and 2. Ugly. I know I'm better than that. It's going to take time but one day I'll personally beat up that machine again.
Rachel sent me a text - Stay Strong. Live Long. I'll see her for my 1st personal training session this Saturday morning. I'm attacking this now.
I did notice today that my neck loosened up a bit in the middle of exercising. Funny how I've always known that exercise always, always makes my body feel better. I bounce back quick to stiffness however it sure feels good for some time to have a neck feel normal.

BNI meeting today. My drive in I committed to myself to remember these days of feeling like crap. I'm not confident in how I look and my health is terrible. I want to remember these days and plan to go back to my beginning journal days to keep me on track. If I slip--go back and read and remember how awful I felt. That alone should keep me out of trouble. This time around I have a journal to refer back to.
I stopped at gym today. Day 2 of back to taking care of me. Ran into Kurt TDS employee cardio weight lifting nut. He was a gentleman in accepting me back 35 lbs+. Very hard to face him. Told him I'll be back to my old fit self.
Also saw Rachel and she was very understanding. Going to sign up for personal training and kick this weight off and get back to looking buff!

I walked into my local gym where I once was 45lbs lighter. I prayed for God to give me strength to over come my fears. I signed up a family membership and worked out for over an hour. Burned 670+ calories! One day at a time and today was my first day BACK! I am taking care of me because in Christ all things are possible! Also saw Dr E today and took the day off. Balance. It's all about balance. Faith. Family. Well Being. Work. Great day to me!

I am starting to journal my food entries today. I am looking into buying a bullet juicer to make smoothies with fresh vegetables and fruit from Basics Co-Op. My body and mind are tired. I will try to feed it healthy nutrients over the next two weeks to see if I feel a difference.
