I am a 58 year old male whose been fighting this weight thing my entire life. You would think by now I would be an expert and have mastered this dieting thing and have kept my weight off, but no. The one thing I have learned over the years is that you have to be persistent, you need to become a fanatic and never ever let up. So here I am again, this I hope will be the last time. I'm going to take it slow in making changes and see how it goes.
