Hello Fellow Health & Wellness Seekers!

Why am I here on FS? Well, after 51 years I finally wised up and decided that I was tired of the cycle of constantly losing and regaining those extra pounds. I would go from the 200-220 range down to the 150-170 range and then back again. Not good for my body or my mind set. Enough already! I have committed to reaching my goal weight and remaining there permanently.

Goals are as follows:

#1 Reach 180 Lbs by 2/28 - Achieved 2/21
#2 Reach BMI of <25 (normal range) by 2/28 - Achieved 2/22
#3 FS Challenge #1 -- 10 Lbs (169.50) by 3/21
#4 FS Challenge #2 -- 12 Kgs (159.50) by 4/26
#5 FS Challenge #3 -- 25 Lbs (154.50) by 5/10
