Hello... I have always struggled with my weight. My husband too! He is now going to join Fatsecret with me! Yea! I am 38 years old and have 2 kids. I have settled into a life of not eating well and no exercise which I used to do consistently before I met my husband. I have got to drop this weight and start living a healthy lifestyle again before I turn 40... for me and my kids!

I have gained a total of 50 lbs over the last 10 years.... 40 of which were after I met my husband and had children. I am committed this time to doing some form of exercise every day, drinking lots of water (laying off so much soda) and eating healthier!

My ultimate long term goal is to learn how to eat to live rather than live to eat! I love food and it has truly gotten the best of me!
