I have a hard time losing weight because I have hypothyroidism, it took 8 years and 100lbs of trying to lose weight just to gain every time before I was diagnosed. It doesn't help that I have a desk job and sit for the majority of my day, I try to make excuses to get up but most of my job does not require me to leave my desk. At home I am busy with two active teenage girls but it is not enough.
