I am proud, but just like the next person, I have a love/hate relationship with food and the gym. I eat every 2 hours and love to cook, although I am always on a hunt for good new products that are high in protein. So, if you come across something good, let me know! :)

Welcome to the boards! I just got married on 5/1/10 so I know how you feel. I was never heavy, but I have always had % body fat and weight lifting goals I wanted to hit.

I think this is true - you will not lose weight from your boobs if you did not gain it there. You can only go back to the smallest size they have been before you gained.

Protein Bar Recipe?
Any athletes out there have a good protein bar recipe to share? I am having a tough time finding one that others tried before - would hate to get started with an unrated recipe to find that the bars do not set overnight and I wasted 12 servings of food.

I am looking for something with 50% protein, 25% fat, 25% carbs breakdown (breakfast or post workout meal).

Thanks for your help!!
