Ok listen... You are NOT eating enough fat... you are eating to MUCH carbs... Try for 23 weeks to just eat Fat... yes you heard me FAT... With that I want you to eat NON STARCHY veges and salad... as much green as you can. If you do that you will get the protein, get the low carb and get the fat... More importantly you will remove the need for your brain to want carbs (its hit) and start processing fat as energy. Don't get on the scales as this is a time for your body to go through a big change but after that perod if you have done what I have told you and eaten ONLY MEAT, BUTTER and VEG/SALAD with it your body will go into Ketosis... To get into that state you need 80% fat, 15% protein and 5% carbs... I look at your profiles and I see incomplete everything... You want answers you need to work with us and do the work... search the internet and research... set a start date and goal... do a meal plan and test it on this site to the correct ratios then do it. The difference is that you will have some knowledge and structure behind you... inbox me when your ready to have a fair go of it
