Hi, my Name is Dayna. I am married to a wonderful man, a mother of 3 beautiful daughters, ages 2, 4 & 8. I am 30 and live in the Minnesota.

I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my friends and family. I love music, singing, dancing (for sure), movies, reading. I am very outgoing. I am told all of the time that I have an infectious personality and that I am always so happy. I love enjoying life and can't imagine living any other way, except thin. I found this website and I am hoping that it will help me to stay on track. I need to lose about 125 pounds. The quicker the better (don't we all feel that way?). I started gaining weight a year into college. Hectic schedule, long FT work hours during college really made it hard to lead a healthy lifestyle. I really gained a lot of weight when I had children and I have not been able to lose the weight and keep it off.

I am excited to be on this new journey and I would love to get support from others in the same boat as I am in. Everything helps! I wish everyone luck and hope everyone meets their goals and succeeds in their quest to becoming healthy. If you want to buddy a lively, friendly and supportive person, I would be more than happy to help out and cheer you on!! :)

Is it better to exercise in the morning or evening?
I work out at night after my kids go to bed. That way I get my family time in and still have time to do the workouts. Once I'm done working out, then I give myself at least 30 minutes to cool down and then it is time for bed! Do whatever works for you.....as long as there is a workout there is a way! lol
