Im 59 yrs old,have been over weight sence first child,[36 yrs]Up intell about 3 yrs I was pretty active,but loved to eat alot.....then my heath started going down hill.couldnt hardy walk,dont sleep but maybe 4 hrs, just going to the store would be hard ,I just didnt feel good ,had no energy at all.i live in southern Oregon.in the mountains,and it so pretty here,use to walk and loved the out doors.Im taking care of my mom too, and at times its hard having no enegery.Im looking forward to being 60 in Feb,and it woud be nice to have some weight off and just feel good again,
