My goal is to lose about 30 lbs. I discovered a passion for jogging about six years ago. I ran a marathon and went from a size 18 to a size 6. Slowly, (isn's that always the way?) I started to eat more and exercise less. I have recently recommited myself to a healthier lifestyle.
