Tough Mudder Preparation
I've got roughly 135 days from today until January 13, 2012 to clean up my diet and do a lot of "greasing-the-groove" for 4 main exercises. See below for my goals (making them public to keep me honest)

FITNESS

Pushups 2500 (18.5avg/day)
Pull-ups 1000 (7.4avg/day)
Dips 1000 (7.4avg/day)
Burpees 1000 (7.4avg/day)
Run 125mi (.9avg/day)
JumpRope 250min (1:48avg/day)

DIET

1) Log EVERYTHING eaten as accurately as possible.
2) Steer clear of office candy jar.
3) One day a week of eating/drinking ANYTHING I WANT.
4) AT LEAST one full 24-Hour Fast a week (black coffee only).
5) After initial weigh-in on 9/1/11, no weigh-in again until 1/11/12.
6) Take lunch to work AT LEAST three of five days.
7) Drinks to only include coffee, tea, water.

I've got a spreadsheet already put together for data input on the exercises I've listed above. If anybody would like a copy to modify for themselves, let me know and I will gladly send one on.
