Workout DVD - "Slim in 6" Does it work?
I love the slim in 6! It is a great video for beginners and gets your body accustomed to exercise slowly, one week at a time. It does not get you much weight loss but you will notice the difference in your clothes and the way you feel. It is a good lead up exercise program for Insanity and p90X. I noticed my body getting toner and my stomach area showed greater improvement. I am a lazy bum that constantly needs motivation..so I am always on and off the wagon. When i am off for a long time ..I always start off with Slim in 6....

I have been struggling lately. I have given in to food I had stop eating and I have not been keeping up with my exercise. I just feel plain lazy!
