Hello Everyone,
I was just introduced to your site through a friend who has lost 25 pounds and is still going strong. It's so wonderful to see so many committed people in one place. Over the past year I lost a total of 41 pounds and I feel incredible. I did it the old fashioned way; no fade diet...just a lot of exercise and better food choices.
