I actually started Weight Watchers in January '07 at my highest weight of 292 lbs. I got down to 225 lbs. by December '07 and managed to keep it off until the last couple months of '08. January 5th I weighed 243 lbs. I am determined to get my weight below 200 lbs. which I haven't been in 20 years. I am a single mom with LOTS of stress and I have always been an emotional eater so this is very difficult for me, BUT, I am determined and I am not giving up.
