I absolutely love fitness, the confidence I feel when I'm in good shape and lean, but I recently went through about 6 months of high stress - from a bad workplace to 2 months traveling Europe - so as one may expect, I put on a little cushion around my... everything.
Currently, I want to not just get back to my "normal feeling" weight, I want to surpass that. I want that six pack I've dreamed of earning since I was 12. this time, I am going to make it happen. There is nothing to hold me back.
