Diet and Workout plan buddy in Texas?
I can give you a really good diet to help you lose the weight you want in about three months. Thats how long it took me to loose 50lbs. Now I just excersise on a regular bases to try and get cut. Do a search for zig-zag diet, I think counting carbs is easier than calories, so I eat no more than 20 carbs a day for three days straight, then I eat regualr carbs for four days straight. But one of the keys is to just eat small meals about every 2 - 3 hours. I like to do my low carb days tues wed and thur, its right in the middle of the week, and my regular carb days are fri sat sun and mon. I like to eat good on the weekends. If you want to do this diet and need help just ask. This diet has done a miracle for my weight loss and overall health. oh, my girlfriend is on here, she's 21 and lives in texas if you want to add her as a friend missclarissa88
