This is not working well
I weigh myself about twice a day which is way overkill. I normally weigh a kilo more at night than in the morning. Also weight fluctuates during the week. Important thing for me was the overall pattern of weight loss, week on week.
I had a period of two weeks when I didnt lose any weight, but I knew that I was undereating and eventually this showed up on the scale. Also I usually try to overestimate how much I eat and under estimate my exercise (on the fatsecret log) and still I need to under-eat by about 4500 kcals to lose one pound as opposed to the average/expected of 3500.
