Hi all my name is Amanda Nelson and I'm 21 working, living, and going to school. I've been big or fat which ever you want to say since I was a little girl, so pretty much my whole life. Recently I was walking with a friend and started getting very bad pains in my chest, I thought I was having a mild heart attack. I realized I had to get my weight undercontrol and now was the time. I've been reading the "You on a Diet" book after a friend of mine told me about it. I'm about halfway through with it right now and I have totally changed the way I eat. I just found this site today and I know that support is important for people to have so I thought I would give it a try.

Hey all, need some help
These are some easy things that I've been doing to try and eat healthy on a budget.

Breakfast: Cinn Oat Meal 1 package, half apple, and OJ (with Pulp)
1 Waffle, Crush Walnuts on top, Cinn, Sugar Free Syrup, and a banna
2 boiled eggs, 1 cup of Cheerios, and half apple.

Lunch: 1 Turkey Dog, 1/4 cup cheese cubes,and 10 triskets
Turkey or Chicken sandwich, veggie of your choice
1/2 bagle, Turkey Pepirone, low fat cheese melted, with fruit

Dinner: Grilled Turkey Bugers (no bun) veggie chips, and yogurt
Chicken Breast (with lemon), broccoli and cheese


Just some examples My husband and I work 10 or 12 hour days and we never have time to worry about our food so these are pretty easy for us to make and every thing is good. You don't have to eat Turkey with everything, I'm just allergic to beef and Pork. I hope this helped you.
