How Often Do you weigh yourself?
every 2 weeks or so.

Confused, need help!!!
it does drive you nuts when you weigh yourself too often. So many things can make your weight fluctuate. It will get even more difficult when you get closer to your goal weight. Don't get frustrated. Weekly or every other week helps you not get too frustrated. I experience the same thing. Stay with it!!!

Entering food
I agree about the carbs. When I enter my food I am surprised about the hidden ones. Some carbs are still necessary for me before workouts or I feel low on energy. Also, get in my carbs and protein after workouts. I am trying to cut down on them at mealtime. I have increased protein and veggie intake for meals.

Bananas
Carbs aren't so bad. Small banana has about 23 grams vs small apple with about 13 grams. Carbs are necessary for energy. Eat one before you workout.
