Ive always been a real big kid (over 300 lbs in high school). After the birth of my nephew I decided that I prolly wouldn't be the cool/fun aunt if I never bothered to get off the couch and explore the world with him. So here I am. I have been following a mix of different diets, basically taking out of each one the best advice and tips that can be continued throuout life. I'm working up to P90X. I was in no way experienced enough to start something like that. So again I have taken a bunch of workouts (mostly body weight exercises and cardio) thrown them together into workouts that can be used for life. I record EVERYTHING I eat on with the exeption of water and I keep a very detailed workout log. I would have to say that what I'm doing is working pretty well as I have already lost almost 30lbs. I welcome advice as I take this journey to lose yet another 60lbs.
