what do you eat after a workout?
At least have a glass of milk, or even better a protein shake. You should feed your muscles after a workout. I wouldn't worry about eating something light before bedtime as long as you stay within your calorie allotment. I have a protein shake about an hour before bed every night. I've lost 10 lbs. in the last 6 weeks.
