Hi, I am a 62 year old thin woman in a morbidly obese body. I am breaking out! I am married with no children but lots of dogs. :) I am a family law judge which is a demanding but sedentary career. I love to cook which aided and abetted my weight gain but is also helping my weight loss. I actually started March 1 and have lost five pounds doing a very gradual program of low calorie by reducing fats and sugars. I have tried every diet I have heard of them but was unable to stick to them. So far, I do not feel deprived and have no desire to cheat so I am happy. My husband has lost ten pounds. It is so much easier for men, and he likes it too.
