Hey everyone - My name is Caroline Miller, I'm 30 years old, married, and have a beautiful 12 year old daughter, and now a brand new baby.
I work full time in a call center and go to school part time to complete my Bachelor's degree in Business Management by July of 2012.
In my free time, I train in Shuri-Ryu Karate, and teach some of the basic classes. I love my Martial Arts training, and attend as many classes as I can each week, but with a sit down job, I'm starting to realize that isn't enough. I need to regain control of my body and am determined that fatsecret.com is a GREAT way to do it.

Hey all - I'm having difficulty categorizing some of my excersize and was hoping someone can help. For instance, if I work out with a dvd doing a mix of aerobic/cardio and anaerobic excersizes... I never know quite how to classify it. I also am a martial artist, and spend a lot of time running forms... which is sometimes aerobic but often involves the tensing/relaxing of muscles and alternating between powerful techniques and speed, all in conjunction with a lot of leg work. For lack of a better option, I alternate between 'conditioning excersize' and 'light calisthenics' for my karate... depending on how hard I worked. Any suggestions?
