stay away from the energy drinks. they mess with your heart rate and general health issues are just not worth it. I find more exercise (regular cardio) gives me the additional energy.

Diet Pop. To drink or not to drink it?
for the purposes of weight loss, you can drink it. if you are worried about other things the chemicals or artificial sweeteners do, then do not. I drink several coffees and one diet coke a day. both have zero fat, calories or anything that contributes to my weight. On the other hand, if you accompany a diet coke with a half a box of cheese-its, that is another issue all together.

How often do you weigh in?
i do not own a scale and do not plan to get one soon. i weigh when i visit the Dr every 3 months and that is fine with me. i know i would be distracted with wanting to see daily progress.

I am losing weight left and right and not starving myself.
while this will work...can you sustain it? I am thinking about doing something now but also keeping in mind a sustainable plan. Very glad it is working for you though, that is the most important thing, you like it!.
