You are also doing really well too.
The only part of this I am trying to get through once again is shrinking my stomach. By 11:00pm I am hungry and I am trying to not eat after 7:00pm . Done the water thing, hot water, even hot milk but I find that when i eat dinner I always start with a salad and then the main course which is all healthy but once the salad digests I am hungry. Got any ideas how to get through this phase.

Starting again
Morning all

Well here I go again, 5 years ago I lost 70pds with WW and I gained back 17pds which in the grand scale of things is not to bad but I hate it. So any help I can get would be appreciated, I am going to use my old books that I held onto and back to journalling again, and thank god I kept my exercise scale as I am now running on a treadmill and I need to eat a little more but my biggest problem is weekends, I do so well during the week but when the weekend comes I have 2 people in my house that love food and desserts and life gets tougher. Any suggestions on how you all manage the weekends.
