Can someone look at my diary and tell me what I may be doing wrong?
I am on the Flatbelly diet, somewhat. I did it last year and lost 22 lbs. I am doing it again this year, but not following it to the letter. I am in the 28 day stage where I should be taking in 1600 cal/day, but I figured out last year that I actually needed about 1250-1350 to lose weight.

I didn't work out with it last year, but I am working out this time. I do at least 30 minutes on the Wii Fit Plus and/or EA Active every day. For that reason, I have tried to take in more than my original 1250-1350 cal/day.

This time around I am not losing weight or nor have I lost any inches.

I know not all my entries are complete, but I have tried to be as accurate as possible even when I am "falling off the wagon".

Does anyone have any suggestions/advice?
