Some of the ladies in the weight loss group have set up some challenges. C told M that she now weighed less than M did. Well that challenged M. And I decided to try to catch up with M. So THE CHASE begins. We'll see how well this works for us.

Okay. This is it. Tomorrow I recommit to losing this weight. I'm reading about people who successfully lose 100+ lbs so it's possible. Because I can't imagine it, I'm going to set my first goal at losing 18 lbs. so I can catch up to a fellow dieter in a "chase." A group I am in, the ladies are all "chasing" each other in a challenge. Heaven help me if I can't even lose 18 lbs. with this effort. But I refuse to think about that right now. One pound at a time...
