Breakfast
dozen eggs,with only 6 of the yolks...chopped veggies and lo fat cheese, scramble well, divide into cupcake tins (use non stick tins or pam NOT the paper cups) bake 350 for 20 or so mins. delish!! you can keep them in the fridge for a few days and pop them in the microwave for a few seconds....breakfast for a week!!!!!
