Anyone here get heartburn regularly?
My typical suggestion for heartburn is papaya enzymes but since you said that you react to all fruits except banana, I don't know if you could take those.

How many calories and RDI
To lose a lb a week you want a 3500 calorie deficit over the week which is a 500 calorie deficit a day. So, you just have to figure out where you need to be to get that 500 calorie deficit per day.

Yes, definitely check out those other calorie calculators listed. FatSecret tells me that in order to lose 1 lb a week I should be at 1700 calories day but the other calculator (the one that Draglist and mummydee posted) told me 1350 calories a day which is much more accurate for me.

Weigh-in Error Message - Anyone else?
I just started to get this error when I weigh in and it won't update my weight on my challenges. Very frustrating.

Getting error every time I enter my weight
Every time I try to enter my weight, an error page pops up. When I come back to fatsecret, my weight has updated on My FatSecret but it doesn't update on any of my challenges pages. Anyone else having this problem? Is there any way to fix it?
