Trying to figure out how to make Chobani's yogurt taste better.
I add a little honey and cinnamon to plain greek yogurt. And sometimes some blueberries. I also use it in smoothies.

Push-Ups - Ladies only
Real push-ups or girl push-ups (on your knees)? I can do 20 girl push-ups and 10 real push-ups using proper form.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I used to weigh every morning but I would get discouraged when I knew that I was working out a lot and eating well and I would see a weight gain. So, now I am weighing just once a week.

Heartburn and reflux
Eat some fresh papaya or get some papaya tablets, works wonders for heartburn.
