Hip Hop Abs Really Does Work
Hy everyone, Well for the first 2 weeks I have been doing phase 1 of hip hop abs. I can see a difference. I lost 16 pounds & 10 3/4 inches off my body. inches just around my waist. I also did 300 crunches 5 days a week. But if you are wanting to lose that stomach then try hip hop abs. I just love it. Hip Hop Abs
Hi everyone, Well my fitness plan for the last 2 weeks are. Hip hop abs 5 times a week. Walk for 1 hour a day & I do 300 crunches 5 times a week. I follow the fat smash diet. Instead of doing phase 1 for 9 days I did it for 2 weeks. And my results are this: lost 16 pounds & 10 3/4 inches. So the hip hop abs routine works. If you get a chance then go to beachbody.com They also have other fitness programs there that might suit you better. Plus I keep myself busy from the time I hit the floor at 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. On Saturday & Sunday I sleep in to about 8:30 a.m. but I stay on the go until about 8:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday I am in bed no later than 10:30 p.m. On Friday & Saturday by midnight I am in bed. How much weight did EVERYONE take off in phase 1???
I lost a total o 16 pounds on phase 1. But I did phase 1 for 14 days instead of 9.Cool

Second DVD of Hip Hop Abs
Hey everyone, well I did the 2nd DVD to hip hop abs called ab sculpt. The tape is 23 minutes long but it gives you a great workout. I have been doing hip hop abs for 5 days now & my husband can already tell a difference in my stomach. I love this DVD series. Next week I did the first 2 DVDs in the series but on the 3rd week the 4th & 5th DVD in the series comes into play. I am so exited to get to the3rd week that I can't wait. To hear e say that if you knew me you would think something is wrong with me. I hated to exercise in the past but the hip hop abs makes me look forward to working out.
