calories carbs and fat grams whats what
I am currently trying to take in 1700 calories a day, but what should the carb and fat gram numbers be under or around. have been around fat 44 carbs 65, calories not getting more than 1200, am trying to hit 1700 or so, thanks in advance for any help.
